Looks fine to me. Being in landlocked CO I'm used to vistas like that. But yes I do wish I could go diving out my side yard like Marvel.

I hear those cattle water troughs can get pretty deep...gotta think outside the box!

I have dived carter lake at about 6000 feet. Did my dry suit training there. Unfortunately it had rained the night before and the viz was about 1 inch if that. I do my diving in the ocean but I'd be game to try other lakes or quarries if and when the opportunity presents itself. As for cow snot water I guess it can't be any worse then diving in a fishes toliet bowl and I sure enjoy that.

but then i'd have to lock your head in a box for 10 years.
the elevation is about 5,000 ft
we have been joking with the helo pilots, trying to get them to take us up on the mountains to go snowboarding when more snow comes in.
and ya wouldn't wanna get in any of the standing water around here, no telling what kinda filth is in there.
i can't even count the number of shots i got before coming over here.

It's something I started at the shop...what can I get boys to do for a nickle? You'd be shocked... Now I'm going to be looking for troughs on our way up to the canal this weekend for diving!
