Either that, or it should always be snowboarder season .... with no bag limits!

Death to all shredders!Just remember, kids: SAY "NO" TO SNOWBOARDING! The darkest day ever was the day they opened Aspen Mountain to snowboarders.

c'mon Vinny,At least if you had cows, you could have one mean BBQ...
and you mean the helo guys aren't up for a snow boarding adventure? I figured they'd be all over that.
you should know by now, pilots are sissies.
but in there defense, the altitude of the current snowline is so high it makes helo operations dangerous. air is to thin. so will have to wait until winter realy sets in and the snowline comes down a bit.
and as for bbq, we have one every Sunday. but the best days are Fridays. surf and turf. we grill steaks, shrimp, lobster tail, and every know and then get crab legs.

It sounds like our cooks are using the same book. Tonight we had steak and fried shrimp, but tomorrow is leftovers. At least our adopted dogs out here won't go hungry. The cookies are awsome though!
I know what you mean about the air...very bad for helo ops. Take care.

stepped off the plane to a cold NC morning, and the wonderful sights, sounds, and smells of fall foliage (any foliage at all is a wonderful sight).
it was a long plane ride back. i spent most of it in a drug-induced coma. lol. they told us we had 3 layover, i only remember 1.
but it was a far better ride than the silent trip made by 4 of my brothers.
they have returned to their homeland as well, and have been laid into their final resting place. sleep well brothers, for we shall carry you always in our hearts, and continue the work you could not finish.
you did not slip quietly into the night, we witnessed your rage against the dying of the light.

Glad to hear your finally home safely. I'll see you sometime this summer and hit the wrecks off the NC coast. The 701 is calling!
May your brothers rest in peace knowing the sacrifice they made was noble. And may they continue to watch over and protect us through the long night that is war.
