So now When I hit my birthday I wil not get older, I will be bouncing off the wall Like W.W> when I come up for Happy Hour., and chasing the girls like crazy :teeth: because I will be felling like I'm still my 20's :cool1:

:angel2: After having read the full responses on the ADHD question and Talking to WW on the topic of nutrition I have to admit I am impressed. I have been into fitness for many-many years, dabbling on the fringe of nutrition, now its time to get serious. I would like to know even more about the flax seed and veggie extract, in fact I am ready to sign on the dotted line to start the program. How do I go about ordering the flax seed and extracts. It sounds like a program that in our busy life styles can be followed and very beneficial. More info please?

Hey, Kamala!

I want to talk to you about the extracts and the flaxseed. As you know, I am getting a lot more active than I've been in a long time. But I'm not really losing much weight in pounds. So I'm thinking, we need to talk. I have a goal for the year, but like you said earlier, I don't really care what the scales say if I'm looking good and fitting into smaller clothes (especially getting back IN my wet suits, etc.!).

I love your "smoothie" ideas. It doesn't sound like it could be much simpler. And believe me, I NEED SIMPLE!

I'm serious. If possible, let's talk Friday, or you can call me at the office or home.

I have the veggie and fruit extracts. There was a hiccup getting the berry extract but I am told it is on the way. The two bottles I have state:

Veggie:
0g fat
0mg cholestorol
10mg sodium
1g carbohydrate
<1g protein

Fruit:
0g fat
0mg cholestorol
5mg sodium
1g carbohydrate
<1g protein

These numbers are for two pills of each which is the recommended maintenance amount. Basically they take the fruits and vegetables, grind them up, remove the sugar/fiber, and leave only the vitamins, minerals and other compounds. Would be nice to get the fiber as well but the flax seed does a good job of that.

How bad are the side effects? The last time I tried a concentrated berry extracted, it was in a juice form and it basically kept me in the bathroom all day..
