I was about to close my browser window & call it a night ( at least for an hour or so) when I noticed all the other people logged. Now, I won't expose them out of :clapping:, but the question arises- Is this board fun or WHAT??????

Peersonally, I need to be studying but have found it nearly impossible to get off of here! Everytime I think I've gotten all the posts read & my replies written, I discover that there is yet another post- new member, new joke, whatever & get absolutely sidetracked.

I have one request for you all: STOP BEING SO MUCH DARN FUN TO INTERACT WITH!!!! :sweetie: I'm having the hardest time prepping for my 2K exam thanks to you guys!

Huh, I find the opposite to be true. When I come on here, there is no one else here, or very few people. I must pick the wrong time to log on. I do have to say that I am getting bored with all the boards lately. So, if you dont see me for a week or so, you know where I am. I have been thinking about taking off somewhere to relax. I know this sounds weird, but probably not even a diving related trip... Im going to think about where I want to get away to...

Lubold,

It must be bad timing. It isn't the number of people that do it when I log on. It seems to be that the non-lurkers are on at the time and then the posts seems to fly around. There is one board that I am a member of that I haven't logged onto for a few days since I discovered this one.

That is because this one seems to have a less "dive professional" feel to it than the other boards that I am member of. I am a serious diver, but sometimes it is nice to joke around a little without people being offended. Say many of the things that I see here on other boards and a flame war would erupt in no time with Moderators pulling out fire hoses. I hope that we never see that situation here.
A person should be judged in this life not by the mistakes that they make nor by the number of them. Rather they are to be judged by their recovery from them.

Marvel, did you hit the nail on the head or what!?! Thankfully I just got my annual review today so I don't have to worry about getting fired for spending so much time with you all. At least for another few months!

LMAO! And I see DL has a new designation, as well. Now we're official - y'all better watch out. But first, I need to run some errands. Off to the store to get some bigger whips.

Silly goose.....he was talking about the "Whips and Chains" designation....heck its already old news that they are our first awesome moderators. FYI...we define mods in our FAQ's...anyone know where they are located at???? Hint...2 different locations....free prize to the first one that correctly identifies BOTH locations for the FAQ's and which one the definition of moderator is in and what the definition is!!!
