Hey everyone just a friendly reminder that the trip balance is due as are all extras. We need to decide who is doing what extras so we can lock them in but ALL TRIP BALANCES MUST BE PAID IN FULL ASAP. Thank you! Kamala

PAYMENT TERMS & SCHEDULE:

PROGRESS PAYMENTS:

A. $1000 due at booking to secure one of only 16 spots for the SIREN Fiji trip or 24 spots for Beqa
B. SAVE $75 Document Processing Fee By Submitting Your Docs Within 21 Days of Signing up for this Trip. If signing up within 45 days of the trip pls submit within 3 days to avoid the fee. (If docs are not submitted within 21 days of signing up or 3 days if within 45 days of departure, we'll add the fee to your final invoice.)
C. Oct 5, 2014: Last Day for Early payment in full discounts!
Sep 19, 2014: $1000 due
Nov 1, 2014: $1000 due
Dec 1, 2014: $1000 due
Jan 1, 2015: $960 (if Siren) or balance of trip price  for Beqa andor Siren is due in full.
Jan 15, 2015: ALL EXTRAS DUE such as nitrox, extra dives,tours, hotel rooms, etc.

The only extra I would like is the Nitrox at Bega for the 3 day pkg and if available on the Siren the larger tank. I didn't see a price for NITROX at Bega. I will send as soon as extra pricing is announced or pay there if needed. I don't need any extra dives or extra night dives this includes the shark dive with Bega unless it's included, then I'll do it. I've already done it twice.

P.s. Any info on how to get to Bega island would also be appreciated. I will be in Pacific Harbor the week before and I assume I need to get a water taxi on the 7th, or maybe I can meet the people from the plane somewhere at Pacific Harbor to transfer together? Does Bega provide transportation from Pacifc Harbor area to their island? Are we diving on the 7th in the afternoon? Any info on logistics is appreciated. I assume everyone but me is coming straight from the flight whereas I'll already be in Pacific Harbor from the 1st of March. Pacifc Harbor is the town on the mainland directly across from Bega island so most likely the water taxis leave from somewhere near there to Bega Island.

I'm paid in full but forgot to subtract the $75 document fee.  Only extra I have is Nitrox on the Siren (which I believe was included) and the 1 day at Voli prior to departing.  Don't know how much that is yet, but if you could apply the $75 towards that and tell me the difference I'll send it in.  Thanks.

Jay, the Document Submission Late Fee is only assessed when appropriate as a surcharge - it is not a deduction from the trip price. We're sorry for the confusion.
 

You are correct though, the Nitrox add on is free aboard the Siren. Kamala will have pricing on the extra nights for those arriving early soon. Thanks for asking!

1.  Continue to check your flights.  My AA itin got changed again yesterday, no notification.  Minor this time.. just flight # change.

2.  Baggage weight limits..  if you booked through another airline such as American and are flying Fiji Air as a codeshare, you will be entitled to your purchasing airline baggage limits.  Luckily for me, that means two bags of 50lbs included.  So check with your ticket issuer.. if it is not Fiji Air.  The paragraph below is buried in the notes on the Fiji baggage page.  And I just confirmed with AA.

  a) The marketing carrier (codeshare carriers) baggage rule will apply throughout the entire journey. 

b) For all other destinations, the DOT and MSC (Most significant carrier) baggage rules applies throughout the entire journey. Baggage allowances will be honored per what is ticketed.

Thank you Deb; we have been lagging on confirmed payment reports due to a leave of absence by our go to TC who has access to accouting's Posted Payments. Now that The Wench is back in the States we are catching up AND implementing a workaround to expedite payment confirmation for updates.
