All my info is correct, except I paid $180 for nitrox and am not signed up for afternoon dives.  So I'm $50 over.  I can leave it on account and settle up later in case I do another add-on; whatever's easier for you.

 

 

I have fixed the master list for you to show only the pkg dives and we owe you $50. Will probably do the refund to keep it cleaner. You paid in the old system so that is easier than via the new system.

 

 

Sounds good to me.  But I'll going to throw a monkey wrench to you.  Right now you have 4 signed up for the night dive and need 8 according to the trip post.  Can I add my name to that list - and if so, would you rather me pay it upfront or wait until the trip?

Ok so you want to apply your credit to the night dive giving us 5 of the 8 we need. We can do that. We'll have to manage it manually but that is what we are learning during this transition!

 

So now the question is how to pay the balance. I'll put you on the list for night dive and state you have a $50 credit and will owe the balance. As we get closer to the trip we'll know if the night dive makes or not and then we can settle up. Does that work for you?

Were you supposed to get it free for early payment or are you wanting to sign up for it? If the latter then use the system to sign up and pay*. If the former then I'll have the TC for this trip double check and get you on the list if we missed you. :thankyou!

Once you click on the trip name or picture you'll see a Purple BOOK NOW button in the upper right. Click on it and then low below the pkgs for the PURPLE box that says TAKE ME TO THE TRIP ADD-ON'S. Click on that box and you'll see the add-on's for this trip which you can add to your cart and pay for.

Mine looks good except the bloody bay wall was to be a free incentive, because of the newsletter delay.

The new system is still showing that I've paid less than I have and that I still owe $42.

 

Also, Scubagal did confirm that I should receive the Bloody Wall Dive as a free incentive for paying in full early.

The $42 is the BBW charge, and it should be no charge to you - we just have to get the developer to delete or credit or use some other form of magic to make it disappear. You are good to go...promise. Thanks for checking and letting us know!

In changing from a cash basis system to a cash discount system we went from our payment portal adding a non-cash convenience fee if you paid via credit card to it now subtracting a cash discount if you pay via e-check. This has been no easy feat as you can imagine.

 

As Traci said, we are trying to go thru all the payments and adjust them so that they will reflect correctly in the new system. We *may* or *may not* be able to do this since we are mixing apples with oranges. That being said we will do our best. We may just have to say "that these small exceptions between the old and new system will *wash* out once that trip is over and going forward they will be correct as you sign up and pay via the new system completely. The issue lies in merging the two systems.

Hey DiveDoc... I have the pricing for the d/o with extra day of 2 tank diving. I am having a bit of issue getting a hotel only price since apparently EVERYONE dives the extra day since there is NOTHING to do on the island but DIVE!

 

SO... are you interested in the extra night plus diving? Jen is doing the diving so you'll have at least one buddy from our group!

Everything listed here is correct for me, though I am awaiting information on cost/possibility of extra morning dives on 7/18 since I don't leave until 7/19.
Additionally, I still have an open question for you with respect to a refund due me from the Jr Suite change, and money I still owe for the extra night. Here's an excerpt from a PM I have open with you and Traci on this; we can track it here if that makes it easier to manage:
"I can tell you that you are owed $170 as a refund from the original $2015 Jr Suite s/o to the Standard Beach s/o of $1845.
Kamala will have to get with you on the price for the extra night - sorry. I would assume that whatever the cost, it can be deducted from the $170 refund that is owed to you and the difference either credited or charged."

 

Thank you Jen....this is EXACTLY what we need.... confirmation that we have what you want AND a reminder to clean up your billing. This thread will make it easier for  us to get the loose ends tied up!

Hey Jen the s/o extra night + am 2 tank dives is $251 cash. Since we have your money that leaves you a refund of $19. Do you want it sent to you back against your original payment form or do you want to add the boat night dive? If the latter you would owe $65 - $19 = $46 cash (more if using credit). If you opt to do this let me know. The easiest is to refund the cash from the OLD system and let you sign up for the night dive in the NEW system and be done with it but we can muddle the numbers manually and make it work.  Just let me know how to proceed.
