And I was all set to use that excuse with my employer to explain why I need to stay longer in the sunny south!

Sorry boss! I was taking an aspirin a day to reduce the risk of microbubbles forming and to prevent me from missing work due to DCS. But I developed SCURY instead!! Who knew?!?! Now I need to stay at least an extra week - probably longer - here consuming copious amounts of fruit to replenish my vitamin C level. Yep, I'm really sorry about missing work too!!

Yes, I understand that the Grossip factor is always in play here. Some do, and some just talk. I'm pretty sure that no one on this board knows me well enough to have validaty in this area.

And yes - I understand that some will listen to gossip. Their problem. So, if W-Wench wants to gossip to someone about me, and whats her name wants to listen, I guess their problems are their own doing.

If anyone wants to talk about diving, I'll be on the other board...

You'll be daydreaming about diving and perhaps mention that you really need to get in the water and he'll just HAPPEN to mention that he was just somewhere EXOTIC doing a lecture and of course diving. AND that he's off somewhere else EXOTIC in a few weeks to do some more lecturing and diving! FURTHERMORE, he'll be taking another trip a month after that with divegear in hand!
Just jab the knife in a little more!!
