Thank you Butch...what does 'initial' mean? What is still needed to open the trip? Other than my reviewing everything and moving the topics etc.

It means I need to book your spot and do my QC.  Doing that now and see one problem I am trying to fix.

 

Once I finish that it is ready to go but I'll send an email to Pam to QC it and see if she sees any problems I missed.

I QC'd the trip.  Most of the errors seemed to be in TP#1.  I used the one in the WIP section, hopefully that was the right one to reference.

1.  Trip Post #1 shows the D/O diving credit price as $1540, hika shows $1534.
2. TP#1 shows Nitrox full week package at $114, Hika shows $120
3. CF 100 tanks missing from booking page
4. Didn’t see the SD air booking fee in TP#1
5. Coupon date in TP#1 not updated to Oct 20, 2021 (from 2022)  (the actual coupon is correct)

Otherwise I think Hika looks good.  I didn't review any of the other WIP pages.

Although not an error, just recommendations:

 

I would put some inventory in the D/O non-diver price.  Someone may be looking at the trip for them and a spouse/friend and never book or tell you because they don’t think they can make it happen with “No availability” in the non-diver package.  Put one or two in here initially, take them out later when you need D/O diver spots.

 

Similarly, put a price and some availability in the Non-Diver S/O package.  Or at least a note that says they are available by special request contact trips (or something similar)…. Right now if I wanted it, I wouldn’t know how to book it or what to do for help.  You do this for the Classes, so I would think the words would be similar.
