Hey Brad I think they just 'hid' a spot for me until they had a chance to book my spot. But I'm not entirely sure. Thanks for the heads up!

NOTE:

 

1. I did not get pricing for a non diver so have requested it.
2. Once I have it I will post the non diver pricing so the pkg can be created.
3. I have a discussion going HERE talking about treating non divers as add on vs pkg but I think the input so far from OE (order entry) and TM trip management) has been we need to stick with the pkg set up vs add on due to inventory issues.
4. We have at least 1 non diver wanting to sign up right now.
5. As people want to sign up as non divers we will manually adjust the inventory to accommodate it.

WHEN THE NEW NON DIVER pkg is created the inventory will be adjusted to look like this:

• 15 d/o diver spots  (= 7.5 rooms)
• 4 s/o diver spots  (=4 rooms)
• 1 d/o NON Diver )= .5 rooms)
• = 12 rooms  ONLY FOR Mar 19-26, 2022 (no possibility to get more)

Aaaaaand just like that we are out of S/O Diving spots.....

Yes I know. I do not know if I can convert any more spots to s.o or not. The rooms are VERY limited and NO chance to get more. Mar is a long ways off so not sure what to do. Resort will let me convert more but does not want me to convert more.

• Double Occupancy DIVING Pkg  7 nites 5 days 3 tank Diving D/O $1647 or $1599 CASH  
• Double Occupancy NON Diver Pkg  7 nites 5 days 3 tank Diving D/O $1400 or $1359 CASH  
• Single Occupancy DIVING Pkg  7 nites 5 days 3 tank Diving  S/O $2059 or $1999 CASH 
• Single Occupancy NON Diver Pkg  7 nites 5 days 3 tank Diving  S/O $1915 or $1859 CASH 

 

I priced out the NON diver S/O so I would not have to do it later IF the rooms become available. I am not anticipating needing a non diver s/o but we for sure have a non diver d/o for Steve's wife.   Thank you!

I moved one Diving D/O spot (reduced inventory from 13 to 12) to a Non Diving D/O spot for Steve's wife.

 

I put 0 inventory in the Non-Diving S/O spot, but it is live on the site.

Pls decrease the d/o's by 2 (actually 3 to clean up the issue referenced in the PS comment) and increase the s/o's by 1.

Not sure how long it will take to get this set up due the holiday schedule AND the fact that our club is run entirely by volunteers so its always their schedule vs mine! :0)

PS. UNRELATED BUT CAN BE DONE AT THE SAME TIME WHILE IN THE SYSTEM.... Also please remove 1 additional d/o to make an even number of d/o spots as the spot can not be sold since we have a non diver rooming with a diver.  Tk you, Kamala
