Update? Did you confirm? I got an email from BTS wanting to know when I'll be there to volunteer, so I assume I volunteer for the show as well as the singlesdivers.com booth/exhibit?

Yes we are confirmed for the show. The show will contact you about helping them. I think since you were only working one day that we had you helping in our booth but go ahead and reply as you suggest and I'll work out the final BTS volunteers vs. SD's volunteers in the next week.

NOTE: Would all volunteers contact Dejah or myself if you have not done so already!!! Thanks a million gang!!!

I have just joined SD, and I live in NY relatively near the Meadowlands. Do you still need volunteers for BTS? I can't make Friday, but Saturday or Sunday is possible.

Yes we do need volunteers!!!! That is great! We need them for both the BTS show as well as for SD's booth. Right now mostly the BTS show. The application you need to download and send into BTS is in the first post in this thread.

Also Dejah is helping me to coordinate who can help when and if helping BTS or SD. Thanks a million!!! Maybe you can help BTS one day and SD the next? That would be awesome! -ww

I have the BTS volunteer application. Do you have a preference for which day I do the BTS shift? Also, there is a "comments/questions" section on the application. Should I indicate that I am volunteering on behalf of SD.com to ensure that you get credit toward the registration fee reduction?

Yes pls reference us...thanks! And for jumping right in and helping us! I think we have all the volunteers we need to BTS but I am not sure. You can volunteer for them on Friday which is working day and limited show day and then do a day with SD if you like. Or do one day for each if you can work the entire weekend.

Here is what I think we have so far:

Ray BTS 3 days
Deb BTS 2 days
Kim BTS 2 days

KS SD 3 days
Katie SD 2 days
Cherie SD 1 day (she may be under BTS)
Mike SD 1 day
Kim SD 1 day
Deb SD 1 day

I have faxed BTS and told them that I can volunteer all day Sunday (and I asked them to credit SD.com for my time). If you need a hand on Saturday, I am available, though I would like to attend one-hour workshops at 10:00 and 2:00. Just let me know what I can do to help. By the way, you have a great website!

You are awesome!!! Thanks a million! Of course you can take in seminars etc and hang out at SD as much or as little as you like. Of course if you are there I'll expect you to help us tell others about how great SD.com is!!!

I always was late, but I just got my marching orders to be in LI all week, and I have a room in the same hotel for the weekend as the meet and greet, SO I can be there all weekend, I can print and fax the volunteer form, Want to make sure Im need though. I'm sure the show would be happy to have yet one more volunteer if the table doesn't need me.
