My card is addressed and in the mail tomorrow....

We have a close friend of the family who had serious head injuries from a car accident. He was in a coma for 2 months. It's been almost a year since the accident and he's walking and talking now, but he had to relearn everything. He's still not 100%, but he'll get there. One of the things he said he really appreciated was all the cards and gifts that had accumulated for him while he was 'asleep'. I'm sure Mikey will feel the same when he sees all of his cards!!

I have received 12 cards for Mikey already, and several for Skye.

Don't stop! We have a LONG way to go to reach our goal.

You still have plenty of time!

Have kids? Maybe they'd like to make a card with good ole' fashioned scissors and glue.... or the modern way - on the computer!
