A clean professional operation with a good diving brief that treats certified divers like certified divers is a minimum. All the rest would make it a dream boat but would probably make it non cost effective for him as well as for the divers.
And if SM can have a Tom Sellec captain.....can us guys have an Angelina Jolie towel girl????

Tony's attitude is why I'll keep going back. It has nothing to do (well, very little) with the fact he only employs female DMs.Linda, you suggestion on storage space is a good one & is available on Captain Tony's Diversity. He also treats his divers as if they're certified & capable of making their own dive plan...

It is great being treated like the qualified diver I am.
And the customer service is excellent. Several of us SDers will be diving with them May 1. I will take notes on why I love this crew and post them for you.

Which operation did they acquire? I suppose "free trimix" would be out of the question.... But since it IS Ft. Lauderdale... Trimix availability for tech dives would be great. There is alot of good deep stuff around there, so regularly attending to the Tech diving community would be GREAT!!!I have some clients who just bought an existing dive operation in Fort Lauderdale. I told them all about this group and that I would ask you all to suggest amenities for the perfect dive boat/operation.
So any ideas?
Oh, and being towel dried by Angelina Jolie wouldn't be so bad either...

Alot of the tourist divers out here want and need the hand holding.
I have no problem with offering services such as switching out gear, or guided dives. I do have a problem when charter boats try to force such unwanted "services" on divers. I think if you want your hand held, go for it. If you need your hand held, you shouldn't have a c-card.

On a serious note.. I do understand what you are trying to say. If you are in need of hand holding then maybe you need to get some remedial instruction. Not that I am all that and a bag of potato chips when it comes to diving, but I don't need anyone to tell me how to plan my dive for me and tell me how to dive it....
Give me the brief what it's like in the dive briefing and let me do what I know that I can do.
