Walter,When it's too warm for a hood, I wear a Dee Rag to either keep my hair out of my eyes or to protect against sunburn. I forget which.
Not to mention, you look really COOL wearing one!

I don't really care how I look when diving except I do try to be colour-coordinated! However, I do try to clean up for dinner.
Back-zipped hoods are great. I have two: one for my wetsuit, one for my drysuit.

BTW...in bonaire...since i've been promised multiple dives and bonairetalk.com seems to assure me that i'll be comfy in my 5-mil, what thickness of hood and gloves should i invest in? suggestions pretty please w/ sugar and a cherry on top!
