I made a post on the HH forum, and it keeps disappearing. I am sure it is a glich since I did not post anything that violates SD's TOS, nor did I receive an email or PM saying it was removed...not that it would be because again, it is not in any violation.
Maybe the board is haunted? lol

Strange. Have you tried going to the Portal page and looking for it under the heading "Show My Last 10 Posts"?

(It may be a "duh!" question, but for example, I posted in Fairybasslet's "Flower Gardens pictures" thread and then couldn't find the thread at all when I next checked the board a few minutes later. :teeth: Turns out I wasn't logged in when I looked for the thread the second time, and that particular forum, "Shared Photos", is only viewable by premier members and up.)

Mishelle, you were advised that your post was removed and you were notified why. It had nothing to do with your opinion counting or not counting.

However if you or Dr Diver or any other member has any concerns that they would like to address to SD please do so via our feedback and concerns process which you can reach via pm to comments&concerns or via email to commentsandconcerns@singledivers.com

They will be addressed by the staff of SD and you'll recieve acknowledgement of receipt as well as resolution progress until the matter is fully addressed.

All feedback is important, especially constructive feedback. However not all forums are appropriate for properly addressing these matters. Thank you all for your support of SD.

Dear George,

I think the "proper" way to notify a member is via PM or email. Calling my house and saying in a joking manner, "Please do not post that again, so I dont have to pull it again," is not professional. Also, you did that 15 minutes later. I appreciate you letting DrD and I know the "proper" method of voicing an opinion, which is keep it hidden.

Thanks!

Oh and BTW, you did say you didnt appreciate my opinion... done?

Mishelle and DrDiver, both of you will recieve pm's asking you to further explain your concerns so that they can be channelled into our complaint resolution process. The feedback resolution process that George has mentioned is a serious endeavor on SD's behalf to properly address all concerns, feedback and suggestions we recieve on the site.

Your feedback is important to us, and we ask that you use the process that we have set up to address your concerns. The process will be reviewed by SD's staff and your complaints or concerns will be addressed appropriately.

We take your concerns seriously and we hope that you will use the new process in the manner for which it was intended.

Dennis,

Thx for asking! I've completed all the course work and am now working on my confined dives. So far I've completed 1 and 2, and I'll be continuing with 3 this Tuesday. I'm not sure when they'll schedule me for my drysuit training, but I'm assuming it will be shortly after confined dive 5. (I had problems during the intensive wknd course I originally signed up for so it's going to take me longer than I had thought it would. :) I shall persevere nonetheless. ;))

Sorry for the hijack, Mishelle. (insert sheepish grin here)

Note: split off from another thread so that we could all keep aprised of anasea's progress! -ww
