(NP the Great)I open up a little and reveal some of my personal information (which I NEVER do), and all I catch is crap from the hecklers in the room (as pretty as they are, I can overlook it).

I remember the guys name being Bluto and Brutus, depending on how old the cartoon was.

As far as the third tattoo? Popeye had a tattoo of a butterfly in the center of his chest. After eating spinach, it morphed into a WW2 battleship, which of course started shooting rounds at Bluto or Brutus ( I think it was Bluto at the time ), making him run for cover.

I don't remember the butterfly, but I do remember the battleship.

Speaking of WWII, that was when Popeye started wearing a white US Navy uniform.

3 and 1/2 bombero?!?!

I had this version of my Zodiac (Cancer) on my upper left shoulder of my back done. The picture was very cool, but as a tattoo was missing something. So, about a year or so later I added some tribal work around it making it a larger tattoo. So it was two different pieces done seperately but the end product was still one tattoo...so I only counted the 2nd one as a half, even though it was more encompassing and larger than a lot of peoples 1. Did I make that confusing enough? I'll have to get a pic on here...

NP, you've already seen mine!
Ok, an anchor? or a girl's name?!
oh yeah CT...popeye has an anchor on both arm's-that makes 2-what's the 3rd?!

I was expecting triggerfish to answer this one. Wasn't Popeye's third tattoo in a concealed place, and it said "Well blow me down!"

no.

it said WENDY.

I guess I'm just old fasioned...
It almost seems these days that the real individualists are the people who don't have tattoos... I can remember when it was still socially outside the norm, now it seems that EVERYONE has one.
It's not a dealbreaker, but I haven't seen a woman with one yet where it actually enhances her appearance, rather than detracting from it. Of course, that's just my opinion.

I think that tats are cool ! It is self expression and very sexy on girls when done right. Even "license plates" are kewl when done right. But piercings are better on belly buttons than tats going around them..

You should show us a pic of your dolphin !
