Hey gang I sold this spot in CA yesterday morning along with the Cozumel add-on without realizing that Jules was interested. I will see if I can squeeze 'sqzme' ala one more person in...if we are 'cozy' I'm sure we can do it AND squzme is soooooo sweet so I'm sure we can find room!

And we still have one spot in Cozumel...they had me down for 9 rooms not 8. So Jeff aka DiveWire will be one of the Cozy and the last Holbox spot and we'll work to get Sqzmee in for Holbox maybe 2 or 3 days of Cozy if no one wants the Cozy option for the longer periiod of time!

Kamala,

If this trip is oversold, I would be happy to bow out and get a refund…..Please advise.

Availability Update:

The trip is full but not oversold. Thanks to both travelnsj and scubadawg for graciously offering to help out with a possible oversold situation. Fortunately we do not need it and our trip is FULL!!!

Now we do have the following upside option....

I have talked to the powers to be in Mexico and we can 'squeeze' sqzmee on one of the vans if we put all the women in one van and maybe a lucky guy or two and fit 9 people in the van instead of 8. They are rated for 15 people but with dive luggage I always limit them to 8 people with luggage and food for the weekend. We have done 9 before and its cozy but not uncomfortable. So if we put all the gals in one van...two only have snorkel equipment so won't have lots of luggage...we will be fine.

We have plenty of space on the dive boats and in the rooms and in the water taxi's so we can do this.

Sqzmee can get a ticket for Holbox only but hasn't bought it yet so she is waiting to see if we can squeeze her in or not. Putting 9 in the van will not make it overly tight...especially if we have all the gals in one van since they are smaller anyway. If no one objects...or you want to be one of the lucky guys to ride with the gals...let me know. I'll need to finalize this with Sqzmee by tomorrow. -ww

Being a total Team Player - I can contribute in two ways.

First - SWMBO is snorkeling, and has the smallest gear kit I've ever seen - and I will hide her stuff so she doesn't pack too much. Usually for a trip like this (she's on for 4 days, I'm on for 10) her luggage takes 3 porters and a huge tip - but I'll make her behave.

Second - I'll volunteer to go with the girls - better company, better scenery, and besides, SWMBO will be happy to sit on my lap and keep me under control.

We still need everyone's flight details so we can set the van times up. PLEASE send us your flight details either to trips@singledivers.com or post in the thread or pm them to fingrabber. Once we have that information we can finalize the van departure times. The vans are customized to us and we have our own private water transport so we have some flexibility. I forsee one group might go down a bit earlier than the second group but I'm not sure. It all depends on the flight details. Please make sure we have them so we can post the departure times! -ww
