I am looking for airline reservations for the Little Cayman trip Sept 3 to the 10th, 2016. I could spend a few extra days if that helps but I am looking for a good fare. I will be leaving from Albuquerque.
Thanks
Hi Sue, glad to see you back in the Forums and especially joining our Little Cayman trip! Traci aka sqbagal is the trip Coordinator for Little Cayman (she lives in Phoenix, is that terribly far from Albuquerque?) but I will see if I can help out by describing how the New Booking System works, including how to have SingleDivers.com find and book you a good air fare.
The process is simple but the steps have to follow in the correct order:
- First you need to subscribe as a Premier member, still only $35 a year which gives you access not only to the Private Message (PM) feature where limited distribution trip info is shared, but also access to the actual trip booking itself. We can monitor and let you know as soon as your subscription is effected; paying with Paypal is a fully automatic process, using the Payment Gateway sometimes requires a little manual intervention. Here is a direct link to a short overview of the subscription process you may find helpful.
- Once a Premier Member you may log in to the NEW Home Page www.singledivers.com with the same Member Name and password you use for the Forums. Then click the "TRIPS" tab and then click the Little Cayman trip to enter the specific Trip Page. Click the purple "Book Now" button and follow the directions for booking your spot either Full Payment or by making an initial Deposit. You may include Add On items in the Shopping Cart such as Nitrox etc. just remember the Add Ons require payment in full for each at time of purchase.
- Now you are ready to complete the Documents set, which is not only more convenient than the old method but also saves your completed Online Form when you click "SUBMIT" that will pre-fill the Form when you reach this point on any future trip! The Fillable Forms include a "Travel Information" Form for either uploading your own itinerary OR select the option for SingleDivers.com to find your flight. You should have your Passport information handy as the flight arranger needs that and all other information requested to be able to book your flight. NOTE: The flight booking service is contracted and requires a modest $30 fee, usually more than made up for in the savings from having an industry pro help out.
Feel free to email any further questions or requests for assistance directly to trips@singledivers.com with "Sue aka abqdiver: Little Cayman" as part of the subject line, this will help our Trip Coordinator (TC) Team get your question to the right TC (in this case Traci) for your answer. I hope this proves helpful, and that you are on board our Little Cayman trip with Kamala and her scuba posse soon! *smiles*
