Note: get a big bottle of Fabreze and get the truck smelling nice again! Driving is usually a smoking trigger, so it will help if you can't smell the smoke on that long drive to/from work......

I have an advantage over Bubski in one way. I do not live with a smoker. I did not smoke in my house, just the truck. So that is the worst place for me. I switched to the BIG bottle of Fabreze instead of the little car travel bottle!! I think it will help!!!
Thanks for the support!!
Bubski....Tell us a story!!! Yours are better than mine!!!
If you can't eat it or play with it,
Just pee on it and walk away.

Once apon a time there was a diver, and the diver had just quit smoking. The diver decided to start a diary and put in this blank 500 page notebook..all the positive things about quiting, and to be fair and balanced the diver took one page from a 2x2 inch post-it-note to put down all the things that where positive about starting-up smoking again. The post-it-note is still blank and the 500 page notebook is filln fast.
radom note..
Wont need to ask a TSA agent where that "special" place is... anymore..
Sissy,
If you havnt already done so, wash your ashtray out real good and keep it closed...or just remove it from your truck. On your way home from work you might want to have some spring water or green tea and regular gum to keep you busy.

And I remember the airport thing well, always giving up my lighter at security, and looking for a fast way out & back in thru security before your next flight starts boarding, and never having a light! No more of that hassle, you two!
Sissy, drink lots of water for the next day or two, to help flush your system. It will help!

GO GIRL... Freebreeze the truck.. wash everything down.. get the smell out of the truck.
I like to carry a large bottle of water in the car if I know I have a long drive ahead of me.
Have a nalgene bottle that I fill with ice and water before heading out an a long drive.
Really helps to keep me awake if I am driving late or tired.
Bubski ~ you have become an inspiration...
Glad to hear both of you are doing good.. keep at it.. each day will be easier.

I did not feel the brain fog I felt yesterday.
I didn't eat as much as I did yesterday!!!
All in all I felt quite human.
I got the big guns out on the truck and it smells much nicer now.
The only real problem is driving home after working all night. Still tried to fall asleep...not a good thing.

OK, you're alone in the truck, late (or early!), so crank up the radio & sing at the top of your lungs! Who cares what it sounds like??? It will keep you awake, & give your lungs a workout, too!

Your my Hero
Your quitting the right way, with no help from external sources
I do worry about you tho..with your night ride home..
Whatever works for You Buddy.I sing....I dance....good thing it's dark and no one can see me!!!!
Note to Diary,
One of the biggest triggers I was afraid of was being around other smokers but as Peter touched on, the smell alone is a great insurance policy not to start again !
Physical Notes
Whiter teeth...see
taste and smell senses coming back also
