I fly into IAH on United flight 7772, arriving at 3:56PM. Would be great if I can get a ride.
I need lead, and I need a place to sleep on July 18.
I will send waiver and survey soon.
Happy Holidays!

Karl likes to use HP 120's and Karen is his redundant air supply!

I'll also be making my flight reservations at a later date, but I'll be flying into and out of Houston International.
Just so I'm clear on this are we suppose to supply our own tank? If so is there someplace to rent one?
And a hotel recommendation for the 18th.

It do get toasty out there in the summer!! But it's close to the same in the Keys. Look at these two historical SW temp plots. The first is from Flower Gardens, the second from Molasses ReefSince I never dove the Flower Gardens, I don't know what kind of suit I need. In Key Largo I use 18# with my 5/7 mm and a 80 alu tank.

At that time of the year the water temp is usually in the low 80's.Its pretty warm by the middle of July. Unless you are unusually chilly, a 3 ml is usually fine. Gloves are a must though.( you are anchored and the lines are hard on your hands) They do provide free tanks for anyone diving nitrox. Aluminum 80's.
