p.s. my travel wholesaler is out of country until Wednesday. We should have one last shot at airfares via her. The rest are bulk which most of you are exceeding on your own.

That is the standard rate for the puddle jumpers there. This is shaping up to be a great trip.. Besides it is all about the company that makes any trip. Good people along with good diving and sight seeing scuba trips just can't be beat.

Hey...got your check for Saba deposit and first progress payment! WOO!!! HOO!!! And I saw where you'd found air for $600 less to do a round trip ticket in and out of St Maarteen. Did you find a one way puddle jumper for $100 from St Kitts to St Maarteen? If that's the case maybe we should all look at that option as a way to take some of the money off of this airfare!

So far the complaints I'm hearing is that air is the deal breaker for people. Let me know what you found and I'll see what I can find out on my end as well! Thanks, Kamala

With this you only need a R/T to SXM from where ever you are. Hope this helps.

Ok folks....look to see what you can find for r/t to St Maarteen. Some of us could do the hopper and go in and out of St Marteen if interested. May make it affordable for the trip...don't forget the $100 puddle jumper!

Hey W.W. What is the Schedule for the bulk air out of Houston. It's the cheapest I found. For a 125>00 more I can fly it in 6 hrs. Most other flights are 9-12---28 hrs. . I do not like 5-8 hr. long Layovers in Airports. But I had rather fly in a day earlier if it going to get me in at 10:00 pm and bags end up in Japan and no Gear for the trip. The least stops the less chance of lossing it or getting put on wrong flight. I know it is not normal to happen , but it has to a friend of mine, who did not get the bags for 2 days.

Just booked my flight over at AA.com. Been watching flights and today seems like the day to buy. I'm flying into SXM on Friday 15th(DEN->MIA->SJU->SXM) and out of SKB on Saturday 23rd(SKB->SJU->MIA->DEN). Total came in at $748. Might have been able to do it cheaper doing the the SXM RT and the puddle jumper but it didn't seem worth the hassle.

I've been trying to book a flight from DEN to LAX RT for a few weeks. It was always around $260 today I got the same exact flight I've been checking on for $148.20. If you need to book a flight AA seems to be cheap today.

OK, how is this for a flight itinerary? (I was bored at work today so spent time playing on travelocity) :lam:

R/T JFK to San Juan on Delta, $241
San Juan to St Maarten on Liat $118, Arrive Fri 4/15 at 3:05pm
Depart St Kitts to San Juan Sat 4/23 on USAir $179
Hang out in San Juan and then return to JFK on Mon 4/25
Total: $538

And the flight home is early enough to pick up my dog at the kennels and get to work by 3pm.
