Hi Ed,

Since the Emerald Charters portion of the trip is at the end (24-26 July) it stands to reason you will take the AOW cert with Kamala during the Starfish Enterprise charter portion of the trip (21-23 July). That means you WOULD be AOW by the time you step aboard the EC boat, and so I would put AOW in the certification level field of the release. Please submit the completed EC release as well as the rest of your docs directly to the Trips Inbox and I will forward the release on to EC via email. Hope you get them done soon, buddy!

Hello Brad,
I just noticed that there is a release form for Emerald Charters. The Advanced Certification is required to dive with them. As I only have the Open Water, and I am taking advantage of the great deal on getting the Advanced cert that Kamala is offering with this trip, should I submit the form with my present certification info, or should I with hold submitting the form at this point? Thank you.

I am out on the fossil ledge for the week, so I am not checking in regularly. I will be driving down from exit 8 in South Carolina. We can try to work something out for a car pool, if I can figure out where he can leave his car. Will follow up when I am home again. Ed

Is there going to an unofficial Saturday July 20 arrival party orientation?

Anyone arriving in Fort Lauderdale area early on Saturday July 20, can possibly do a beach dive... or stop in and visit the candy store.

I (presently) have the weekend of July 20-21 off, so I'll keep you all in mind for that weekend.
