Fit Enough to Dive?
Let's face it...at some point we reach the inevitable question...are we fit enough to dive? The good news is that diving requires less overall fitness than most other sports and possibly all other sports sans maybe yoga. However we need some level of general fitness to enjoy our sport and ensure we stay safe doing it.
So who's up for getting into shape?
- How about some camaraderie with others wanting to accomplish the same thing?
- And maybe learn from others simpler ways of doing things?
- Well here is a way to use the power of our group to build help each other GET FIT TO DIVE!!!
We'll keep it simple ...Go for a walk, do a few wall push up's, a little stretching and soon we'll all feel better and more importantly...we'll enjoy our sport better and continue to enjoy our love of diving LONGER!!! We'll simply use the topic below to track our progress and keep each motivated and hold ourselves accountable.
