Well, I haven't logged it but, I have been doing cardio for 30 min. each day. I've been able to add it to my routine. I am hoping to add pilates because my flexibility is horrible.

Thank you Tami. I was able to get a second walk in today, for the first time in a week. Previous days were limited to only one walk, and a bit of time on the bike.

Wow, skied only half day yesterday. 12,874 vertical feet, don't know what that equates in steps and 21,874 vertical feet today!! I am tired!!! Looks like everyone is still working on their goals!!

Since I do a daily routine I'll join in starting this week.
Monday I did 20 push ups, 50 crunches (modified sit up that just tightens the stomach muscles), 10 hand grips (using a squeeze grip), 20 squats while holding 2 - 15 pound dumbbells for leg strength (ie standing up from the bench with all the gear and weights or coming back up the ladder).
I also walk between 2 and 4 miles - Monday I did 2.5 miles.

Welcome Butch. We all seem to draw a bit of inspiration from others, so it is great to add more people to the topic. I have done my 3 mile walks each morning and afternoon for the last few days. The bike and upper body work has slipped a bit though.

Walked the dog yesterday and did 7 minute video. Butch welcome and thanks for the idea of the squeeze exercise. I am sure that will help getting in the dive boat!!

Only one 3 mile walk today, plus some upper body exercise. I am also trying to add in some stretching as well. I am glad everyone in continuing to exercise, as well as post about it.
