I walked about 4.5 miles around Nassau on Friday, after getting off the boat. Saturday was spent on planes and walking through airports lugging dive gear and camera equipment. 3.5 miles of walking Sunday. Monday had 3 miles of walking, and I have done a 3 mile walk this morning. I plan to do a second one this afternoon.

I was able to swim 20 laps at the Y today! whoo--hoo!!!

Walked 15,037 steps today, 7 minute video. Going skiing tomorrow!! That will be enough exercise, will still have to walk the dog!!! Good job everyone, glad to see you all keeping it going!!!

4.5 miles of walking and a short bike ride both yesterday and today, as well as a little upper body work today. Time has been tight, as I am still trying to catch up with work from having been away, plus having to do some house and yard work as I have a new tenant moving in Saturday.

Working in exercise disguised as housework or yard work is REALLY CREATIVE!!!
Walked 15,037 steps today, 7 minute video. Going skiing tomorrow!! That will be enough exercise, will still have to walk the dog!!! Good job everyone, glad to see you alk keeping it going!!!
Brad is right...you are REALLY COOKING THIS!!! And giving the rest of us slugs hope we can get there beyond the basics.

Good Morning!! Walked 5.6 miles yesterday, did 7 miute video. Today, will add elliptical and wall pushups. Also getting ready for lots of snow. Will be adding that in for exercise!

i can totally relate Sharon as i have company in town so it has been hard to get my workouts in lately, but i succeeded today with my norm:
walked the dog, tread climber, 3 mins of planks, 3 set of 20 wall pushups, 4 sets of 25 core twists, and 3 sets of leg lifts

Wow yesterday, shoveled/used the snowblower 4 times, got 27" of snow in 24 hours! Had fun clearing the sidewalks onthe block and 3 neighbors driveways. Did manage to wlk the dog 2.5 miles. She loves the snow!!
Today bad headache, only shoveled once and walked the dog.

I moved some stuff on Friday, that I shouldnt have, and the back has been reminding me of my stupidity ever since. That has significantly cut down on my daily exercise routine. I have still been trying to get in 2 to 3 miles of walking a day, as well as a little upper body work, but have been limited to that at best.

Ed, sorry to hear that, hope you are on the mend soon!! Skied today and heading out for 5 day skiing. Once again, that will be my exercise! Keep up the good work!!

went for a 45 minute dive yesterday and today, Thursday, is the same, walked the dog, tread climber, 4 mins of planks, 3 set of 20 wall pushups, 4 sets of 25 core twists, and 3 sets of leg lifts
