Reporting in on my progress:

 

1.  Walked on the treadmill 5x (goal was 4)   :cool:

2.  Did all my planks (on my knees... working on full planks)

3.  Failed on the wall pushups (only did them once, instead of 4x) .... replacing this goal with 30 minutes of yoga each week.

walked the dog, tread climber, 3 mins of planks, 3 set of 20 wall pushups, 4 sets of 25 core twists, and 3 sets of leg lifts

Congrats to everyone for sticking with it. Some days are definitely hard to get motivated!

 

my weekly update:

approx 60,000 steps for the week

3 sets of 20 wall arm pushups each day

one yoga and one palettes session

added some sit ups 3 of the days, 3 sets of 60 in various positions - need to up this part

 

have a great week everyone! The snow and ice are finally melting up here in Canada. Hoping my walks can be without ice cleats this week.

i can totally relate Sharon as i have company in town so it has been hard to get my workouts in lately, but i succeeded today with my norm:

 

walked the dog, tread climber, 3 mins of planks, 3 set of 20 wall pushups, 4 sets of 25 core twists, and 3 sets of leg lifts

went for a 45 minute dive yesterday and today, Thursday, is the same, walked the dog, tread climber, 4 mins of planks, 3 set of 20 wall pushups, 4 sets of 25 core twists, and 3 sets of leg lifts

TOTALLY AGREE WITH BRAD ON THIS ONE!!!

 

ps. The wall pushups ONLY help me if I use as much resistance as I can so it stresses the muscle and gets it working. And why the wall? Cut I'm too out of shape to do REAL pushups off the ground!   :wacko:
