Monday 4/5: 25 push ups, 75 crunches and 25 hand grips. Walked 2 miles
Tuesday 4/6: 25 push ups, 75 crunches and 25 hand grips. Walked 2.5 miles
Wednesday 4/7: 25 push ups, 75 crunches, 20 knee bends (no weights) and 25 hand grips. Walked 2.5 miles
Thursday 4/8: 25 push ups, 75 crunches, 20 knee bends (no weights) and 25 hand grips. Walked 2.5 miles
