Explorer Ventures has their own Application/Waiver (EV App). You can get a copy by clicking on the link in my signature line. It is there with the other SD forms. You need to fill it out and send it to the boat, as well as a courtesy copy to Singledivers.

I think its $733 for the d/o including tours etc.

Saturday Jun 7th: Quito Airport Arrival & transfer to Rio Amazonas Hotel
Sunday June 8th: Full day tour of Ecuador Overnight at Rio Amazonas Hotel
Monday June 9th: Transferred for A.M. flight to Galapagos via Aero Gal
Mon-Mon June 9-16th: Tours and world class diving on the Galapagos Eco Explorer I

Hey Mike that is great! I think you got the last regular cabin or did you want the Owner's Cabin? We should have a nice 'above water' max experience between the sighteeing and tours BEFORE the trip but also with the optional tours ON the trip.

This should be a great balance of 'above and below'!

I'll get you on the 'Checks & Docs" in the mail list. Please reveiw the payment schedule in the first post so you'll know where we are payment wise. Don't forget the boat requires trip insurance and we have 2 links for insurance in the main post at the end of the posting.

Scubapunk or one of the trip coordinators will help you with the documents if you need assistance. Kamala

OK, I guess I will need to send you the cc authorization form for the progress payment due. My question is, can I include my payment for Nitrox on Wakatobi with that? And also when is the upgrade charge of $733 due for the land package? Need to get this done before leaving for Utila in 3 days!!!!

Jim you can but it is much easier for our accountant if you can do two separate charges...one per trip. Consolidating payments per trip is fine but consolidating payments for different trips makes it more difficult to track and apply payments in the event of questions.

And as always...PLEASE include what the payment is for, what trip and your screen name as well as your legal name. You would be surprised how many Jim's we have or Mike's etc.

Tip: Take our cc form and fill out all the stuff that doesn't change...name, address, credit card number etc. Then photocopy that and when its time to make a payment you only have to fill in the trip name and amount.
