OK, I guess I will need to send you the cc authorization form for the progress payment due. My question is, can I include my payment for Nitrox on Wakatobi with that? And also when is the upgrade charge of $733 due for the land package? Need to get this done before leaving for Utila in 3 days!!!!

Jim you can but it is much easier for our accountant if you can do two separate charges...one per trip. Consolidating payments per trip is fine but consolidating payments for different trips makes it more difficult to track and apply payments in the event of questions.
And as always...PLEASE
include what the payment is for, what trip and your screen name as well as your legal name. You would be surprised how many Jim's we have or Mike's etc.
Tip: Take our cc form and fill out all the stuff that doesn't change...name, address, credit card number etc. Then photocopy that and when its time to make a payment you only have to fill in the trip name and amount.
