Punkie, My DAN insurance has been renewed. You can change the year to 2009.

Any word on this? I have been patient, but reservation slots are disappearing fast and I need to get a ticket in hand by the end of the week.I am checking into a charter contract with several companies so that we can fly Sat to Sat rather than Friday and Sunday like the normal scheduled air. It will also be a bit cheaper on the air. So please hold off booking anything for FLL to BIM for a few days until I know what we can get set up.

Alright Single Divers ... Shadragon and I are ready to mingle and chase Flipper around the boat. Where are the rest of you?
I booked all my flights today. I am doing an over night in Fort Lauderdale, but I have a same day return on the way home. The air fare was very reasonable from Houston at $554.15.

As far as hotel I went the Hotwire route hoping to get close to the Las Olas area.
I saw they had an unnamed 4 Star for $93 in the Las Olas area. I went for it and it ended up being the Renaissance Fort Lauderdale Hotel. Total with taxes was $111.00.
It is very close to the airport but there is no shuttle.
It should be a pretty nice place, although it didn't end up being close to the Las Olas area as I wanted.
I am booked there and will just Taxi back and forth, it's only a couple miles.

I’ve heard rumor of a new species of dolphin since Simon’s last Bahamas visit. Guess I’ll have to go and check it out for myself!
I’m on the same FLL to BIM Continental flights with Squid.
