I sent my survey attached to an e-mail the other day. I am aware the flight information and insurance information is TBD, however, I require the following information to complete my schedule and obtain insurance:
a) the schedule and cost information for the Charter air group from LAX to/from Densapar Bali DPS.
b) an estimate cost for the afternoon sight seeing in Bali.

Yes, I sent it as an attachment to the e-mail I sent to trips the other day. I received a reply that Kamala was out and would not be back until 2/24/09. When I get the flight and cost information I will revise the survey and resend it.

Flight Info:

Here is the flight I booked on Cathay Pacific who we used last year and were very pleased with the quality of service and newnews of the planes. It should still have plenty of spaces on it...even in seats near me for those booked on this trip so far.

The plan is to fly in on Jul 11 (arrive the 13th) and then depart the 25th (since the flight on the 24th leaves earlier than the commuter flight from Wakatobi returns to Bali) and then stay that extra night in Bali (about $50US) to unwind and sightsee a bit (or pick up your custom wetsuit if you ordered one at Padang Bai) and then depart the 25th and arrive back in the US the 25th. (If you HAVE to return the 24th there is a possible way for me to get 1 or 2 people max on the flight on the 24th or you can take another carrier but you have to pm/email me.)

I'm interested in possibly getting a custom wetsuit at Padang Bai ... is that still possible? How does that work and what is the cost for a wetsuit if so?

Is it possible to get different thicknesses? I may be interested in a 5mm, but am also wondering about 7mm. What options are available...and how do options effect the price?

I mailed a check for the balance of $770 (check # 4414) yesterday. This should cover the posted price. However, I have not paid gfor the tour in Bali or the extra night in Bali on the last day.
Please let me know what the amount is and do I need to pay it before the trip starts or are we going to pay when we are there?

Once I confirm the final venue for the last night we'll sort it out and you can pay the hotel before and the tour there since its optional! And depending on what you choose...may or may not cost anything!
