I would like to be part of the Charter air group on Singapore Airlines from LAX to/from Densapar Bali DSP. Would like cost information and schedule information as soon as possible to complete my survey, make my Dallas/LAX reservations, and get my travel insurance.

I'd love to have the info too. I am likely attaching a visit to see my nieces in the LA area to this trip and having details on the flight to and from LAX to Bali would help a lot.

I haven't quire figured out how to download my forms,fill them out and resend them.
I hate to admitt i just figured out how to post.
Can I change my screen name, or can I change it when I upgrade my membership?

Hey girl...unless your name is some abbreviation of your name with a number like john1234 or your real name...not very safe on sites like these...etc then we don't usually encourage name changes...especially if you've been on the site for a long time. However if you are new and if you are going on a trip with us and you are upgrading your membership which you are...and the name you want is available...then we will certainly work with you.

But for the record...I think your current screen name is great!

In reply to the request for the survey, it is incomplete. I need the schedule and cost information for the Charter air group on Singapore Airlines from LAX to/from Densapar Bali DPS. Then I can make my reservations from Oklahoma City, OK to/from LAX and know the cost. Finally, I need an estimate cost for the afternoon sight seeing in Bali. With the aforementioned information, I can obtain travel insurance, thus a policy number and fill in the Travel/Flight details portion of the Survey.

As a note, from my preliminary investigation of flight schedules, I may have to spend the night (July 24, 2009) in Los Angles and fly out the next morning. I would be interested in sharing a room for the night if necessary. I do not know if anyone will be in the same situation. I will know more when I see the airline schedules.
