Walter where in the world do you get all the trivia from??? Not to imply that Andrew Jackson was trivial in case he is reading this....but were you a sickly child that read books all the time...or was the encyclopedia your best friend....or do you work for the government have too much time on your hands and surf the web all day????It wasn't so long ago that if a man insulted your lady's honor, you'd be dueling pistols at dawn...
Andrew Jackson (7th President of the US) married a divorced lady. There was one small problem. After they were wed, they discovered her divorce wasn't final. After the divorce was legally concluded, they were again married to make it legal. Because of this clerical error, they were technically not married the first time and therefore had carnal knowledge of each other outside the bounds of a legal marriage.
One man had the poor judgement to mention this situation. Jackson challenged him to a duel. Jackson took the first ball in the chest and then fired his shot, killing his opponent. You didn't insult Jackson's lady.
If he's reading this, I want to be clear, I mean no disrespect.

Well whatever you decide I'm sure it will be the right decision for you...but if you are unsure even in the least...then time is the best policy! If anything can withstand a reasonable amount of time to see if it all works out...then it will more likely withstand a lifetime of ups and downs in that rollarcoaster they call marriage!

OMG! no, not that serious! having way too much fun to taint it all. besides, he took it all back. used the excuse that he was inebriated and didn't realize what he was saying. boyz...how silly of them. it's like striking something from the record and telling the jury to disregard the comment. blah!

I'd venture to say I'm probably exposed to a tad more trivia than most because I do read, but the biggest difference between you and me is I remember things I see & hear. I have a nearly photographic memory (I can remember anything near a photograph).

and to be diplomatic...i don't mean anyone on this site with the "most people" comment. with ya'll, i can definately glean as much info (maybe even more) than i could ever need, so happy to be a learning grasshopper here. definitely have enjoyed reading about actual dive related questions.
