with advance notice I can budget for the pricier Coco's.....but I'd prefer to spend the money on 2 or 3 dive trips!!! Belize is great......Caymans.....

The Fiji discussion that started out in the Sept thread...has been moved to fall or winter. That is when the WATER IS WARM in Fiji! Their winter is our summer so its only comfortable late Oct to about March.
With very direct flights from LAX its certainly easy for our western state's members to get to Fiji and not too bad for the rest of us.
There is some great pricing out there of approx $1300+ for a week so I've asked Diver Ed to do some add'l research for us in the next couple of weeks. Stay tuned for more info on this great diving destination and feel free to add your own input as well!

Like the idea of St Kitts live aboard.
SCORE!!! We have decided to offer the EV Saba & St Kitt's liveabaord for the New Year next year! The dates will be Dec 28 - Jan 4th and we will fly INTO St Marteen aka SXM and out of St Kitts aka SXB.
We'll get this posted on the trip details asap but its not too early to start planning 2014 NYE Celebration!
Oh did I mention the trip will be $100 off normal retail for SD members AND one lucky member will win a 50% trip rebate at midnight NYE. Stay tuned for more details!

Hey now Nellies! What about CaymanBRAC? That was a great place! Excellent diving. Big comfortable boats with short rides. Big and small sea life. The staff was fun. Entertainment was a blast. Great food, beach, hammocks EVERYwhere and not to mention some good time pool activities and the best part was right down the road a liquor store!!! Plus you could stop on the way to chase wild chickens!! I'm thinking of living and working there but they just don't know it. I'll change my name to Braciac!

I'll be out of vacation time (not to mention $$) by November so I won't be able to make it on whatever trip gets planned. 
But ... if anyone wants to do a short, cheaper 4 day long weekend trip over Thanksgiving (Wed. or Thurs through Sunday) somewhere not very far away (Coz or FL?), this might be a possibility from my end. Although I'll probably eat my words when I find out how much airfare is... Not sure if anything like this would work-- But.. ya just never know, I' can't rule anything out at this point.. Thinking Positive!!
