TELL ME AGAIN HOW TO REACH YOU FOR HELP ONCE I'M BOOKED ON A TRIP?:
- The best way is email kamala@singledivers.com and/or trips@singledivers.com. Use kamala if its personal and use trips if its related to the trip so our uber trip helpers aka trip coordinators can help massage and tabulate your info into the lists we keep or update your flight changes etc.
- The second best way is to reply directly to the TRIP PM COURTESY EMAIL using REPLY ALL to the courtesy email you get from the system. YES I KNOW IT SAYS TO NOT DO THIS...but we have figured out how to get the email to go to us vs some blackhole that we never saw. So this is the second best way to reply to us if you can't enter the direct email address.
- Another GOOD WAY TO REPLY is to click on any links Kamala aka WreckWench types out manually and asks you to reply via. These links are the ones that are directly in the topics we are using to manage the trip details and WILL NOT SPAM EVERYONE.
- The WORST WAY TO REPLY IS TO FOLLOW THE LINK AT THE VERY BOTTOM OF THE SYSTEM GENERATED COURTESY EMAIL THAT SAYS TO REPLY TO THIS TOPIC CLICK HERE:
Yes I know it stupid for the email to say one thing and we tell you the exact opposite. The reason is that the email has a system generated standard reply that says click here to reply and it will allow you to reply directly to the PM and then your reply goes to EVERYONE ON THE PM which of course SPAMS EVERYONE. So this is why we say to ignore that message.
